Thank you for using Pique. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Data Storage & Synchronization

To provide a seamless experience across all your devices, Pique uses cloud storage.

• Cloud Database: We use Supabase, a secure backend-as-a-service, to store your user profile, reading progress, vocabulary lists, SRS data, and streak statistics.
• Data Transmission: Your data is securely transmitted over HTTPS to Supabase servers. This allows you to pick up where you left off on any device where you are logged in.

2. Data Collection

We collect the data necessary to provide the service and sync your progress.

• Account Information: When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication credentials via Supabase Authentication.
• Usage Data: We store your learning activity (lessons completed, words reviewed) to calculate your stats and provide the SRS (Spaced Repetition System) functionality.
• No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use external analytics platforms (like Google Analytics or Mixpanel) to track your behavior inside the app.
• No Advertising: Pique is ad-free. We do not sell your data to advertising networks.

3. Third-Party Services

We partner with the following third-party services to facilitate the App's functionality:

• Supabase: Used for authentication, database hosting, and data synchronization.

4. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can perform this action directly within the App's "Settings" menu under the "Account" section.

Alternatively, you may request the deletion of your account and data by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include the email address associated with your account in your request.

Upon deletion (via the App or email request), your data is permanently removed from Supabase servers.
