Do I own the website?+
With a one-time build ($1,500 or $3,500), yes. You own 100% of the code and design. The $199 monthly subscription is a lease: you are paying for the service of having a website, so you do not own the code, but you can buy out the site after 24 months.
Is there a minimum contract for the subscription?+
Yes, there is a 12 month minimum commitment for the $0 down plan. This covers our upfront cost of designing and building your custom site. After 12 months, it continues month to month.
How do payments work?+
For monthly subscriptions, we set up secure automatic billing through Stripe so you never have to think about invoices. For one-time builds, we take a 50% deposit to start the project, and the remaining 50% is due when the site is ready to launch.
Do you host my email?+
No. We strongly recommend Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook for your business email. We only host the website files, so your email is never affected when we do maintenance on the site.
