Client support.
Billing, content changes and anything wrong with your site. You talk to the developer who built it, and we reply within 24 hours at [email protected].
How do I update my card or bank account?
Open the billing portal and enter the email address you subscribed with. Stripe emails you a sign in link, and from there you can change your card or bank account and download past invoices. Your details go straight to Stripe; we never see the full number.
Open billing portal →A payment failed. What happens now?
Nothing changes straight away. Stripe retries the payment over the next few days and emails you a link to fix it, and we will reach out too. Your site is only paused if a payment is still unpaid 14 days after it was due, and it comes back as soon as the balance is paid. The details are in late payment.
Where are my receipts and invoices?
Stripe emails a receipt after every payment, from an address ending in stripe.com. If you need a copy, every past invoice is in the billing portal, or ask us and we will send it.
How do I ask for a content change?
Send us the page and what should change: new text, a photo, your hours or prices. Small updates are included in the monthly plan and the $49 content updates add-on. We confirm within 24 hours and tell you when the change will be live. Bigger changes, like a new page, get a quote first.
My site is not loading.
Message us with the address you tried and what you saw, and we will look at it right away. If visitors see a “temporarily unavailable” page, the site has been paused for an unpaid balance; it returns once the payment goes through.
My business email stopped working.
We host website files only, so changes to your site never touch your email. Email problems are handled by your email provider, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. If you think a domain setting is involved, tell us and we will check it with you.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Email us or use the form below. After the 12 month minimum, the monthly plan ends at the end of the billing month you are in. After 24 months you can also buy your site outright. See the monthly plan and who owns what.
Include your business name or site address so we can find your account quickly.
