How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Is the app safe for kids?
Yes! AnimalTap is designed for children. We have no third-party ads, and all external links or purchases are protected by a Parental Gate.
Where are the animal sounds?
Make sure your device's silent switch is off and the volume is up. In Learn Mode, you can tap the animal card to hear its sound again!
I found a bug! What should I do?
Please send us an email at the address above with details about your device and what happened. We'll fix it as fast as a cheetah!
