Section 01

The governing app license

Denoise: Audio Restoration is provided by Core Arc Studio LLC and uses Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) as its governing app license. Read that document for the full license terms. This page explains Denoise’s features, local files and App Store purchase options; it does not replace the Standard EULA.

Section 02

Your recordings and cleanup results

Use audio you own or have permission to record, process and share. You choose which files to import, when to use the microphone, which cleanup to apply and whether to export a result. Denoise works with audio and exports mono WAV files, not edited video.

Noise reduction and speech restoration can change a recording’s sound. Results depend on the source and are not guaranteed to recover missing words or reproduce the original sound accurately. Preview, compare with the original and review a result before relying on it. Keep the original when accuracy or context matters.

Section 03

Local files, downloads and backups

Denoise keeps recordings, originals and saved cleanup versions in local app files. Selected cleanup tools need an initial download and preparation; compatible downloaded tools can then process offline. Keep the app open during recording and processing. Export copies of recordings you want to preserve. Deleting a recording removes its local saved versions, and deleting the app removes its local data. Device backups and exported copies are managed separately by you and their providers.

Section 04

Free access and Pro features

Denoise’s first App Store release is in preparation. Free includes full Everyday cleanup and Small download cleanups up to one minute, three completed WAV exports per local calendar day, and unlimited previews of every mode for up to 10 seconds. The daily allowance resets at local midnight; failed and canceled exports do not use it. Free export of an unprocessed original is limited to one minute.

Pro adds every full cleanup mode, including detailed cleanup, speech restoration and Clean & restore, full cleanups up to 15 minutes, and unlimited WAV exports. The app’s import and recording maximum is 15 minutes. Monthly, annual and lifetime Pro options unlock the same features. There is no introductory trial.

Section 05

Prices, billing periods and lifetime access

The monthly option is an auto-renewable one-month subscription. The annual option is an auto-renewable one-year subscription billed upfront for the year. Lifetime is a one-time nonconsumable purchase for permanent Pro access with no automatic renewal.

Apple processes purchases through your Apple Account. Denoise and Apple’s purchase sheet show the current localized price, billing period and purchase details before confirmation. Purchasing and restoring can require an App Store connection. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. A pending purchase grants access after approval; refunds and expiry update access based on Apple’s verified transaction status.

Section 06

Automatic renewal and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through Apple. Manage or cancel them with Manage Subscriptions in Denoise, or open your device’s Settings, choose your name, then Subscriptions and select Denoise. Apple’s purchase confirmation and subscription settings show the renewal details for your account.

Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. See Apple’s current cancellation instructions and Apple Media Services terms. Lifetime does not renew.

Section 07

Saved work after Pro ends

Your originals and saved cleanup versions remain accessible after a subscription expires or Pro access ends. Already saved versions remain playable and exportable, including longer or restored versions, under the Free daily export allowance when Pro is inactive. New full cleanups and export of unprocessed originals use the Free limits.

Section 08

App Store refund requests

For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple’s Report a Problem service. Apple reviews these requests, and eligibility varies by country or region. Read Apple’s refund instructions for the current process. These explanations do not limit applicable consumer rights.

Section 09

Privacy, support and notices

Read the Denoise privacy policy for local storage, downloads, purchases and voluntary support correspondence. The app’s Open source section contains component credits and license notices. For help, visit Denoise support or email [email protected].
